Privacy and report delivery.

Privacy

Information we use. We receive your registered phone number, hospital and report details, and the medical report PDF from your hospital. We also handle your messages, permission records, delivery status, preferences and security/support records to deliver reports, respect your choices and resolve problems.

Sharing. Meta’s WhatsApp service receives your number, hospital name, message details, PDF filename and the full medical report PDF. Hosting, storage and messaging providers process information needed to run the service. We may disclose information where required by law. WhatsApp’s own privacy policy also applies.

Permission. Report delivery requires the recipient’s permission and authority to receive the report. For a child, the hospital must confirm the appropriate parent or guardian recipient. Tell the hospital if the registered number or authorised recipient changes.

Your data. Zoqilo does not use your information for advertising, sell it, share it for others’ marketing, or use patient data for model training or unrelated purposes.

Retention and protection. We keep information only as needed for delivery, preferences, security, support and applicable legal requirements. We retain the minimum information needed to honour STOP while this sender could otherwise send reports. Zoqilo remains responsible for protecting the information it handles and limiting access to authorised purposes.

Report delivery and your choices

Where these controls are enabled, tap Manage on a report to stop or resume reports from that hospital or all hospitals through this Zoqilo sender. Send MANAGE to reopen the choices, or STOP to stop all reports through this sender. You can also email contact@zoqilo.com for help or to request a stop.

Choices apply to the receiving phone number, so a shared number may affect several people’s reports. Resuming requires confirmation; resuming all hospitals clears earlier hospital-specific stops. Old reports are not resent. A report already being sent may still arrive.

If a confirmation does not arrive, contact us to check your choice. A saved choice remains saved; a request that could not be saved may need to be made again.

The hospital is responsible for your care and clinical report; Zoqilo is responsible for its delivery service. Contact the hospital about report contents or missing reports. Delivery can fail or be delayed. WhatsApp is not an emergency or medical advice service.

Deletion and privacy requests

Email contact@zoqilo.com to ask about your information, request a correction or deletion, withdraw permission, or raise a privacy concern. Briefly describe your request. Do not include passwords, OTPs, identity documents or medical reports in the initial email. We will arrange any necessary identity and authority checks.

We acknowledge requests within 2 business days and aim to resolve the Zoqilo-controlled part within 30 calendar days of receipt, with weekly updates while pending. Applicable legal deadlines take precedence.

Contact your hospital to correct or delete its medical records. It decides what can be changed or deleted under applicable law. We can help route your request with your permission and handle the information Zoqilo is responsible for.

We explain what was changed or deleted and what must remain. Legal requirements and backup retention may limit deletion. We cannot recall PDFs already delivered or guarantee deletion of copies held by WhatsApp or recipients. Stopping messages does not delete records or stop your hospital from making reports available to your doctor.

This notice covers Zoqilo Notifications. Material changes will be reflected here; any newly required permission will be obtained separately. Your legal rights are unaffected.
